The NLIHC is pleased to welcome Seulgi Smith as our graphic design/communications intern for the summer. Seulgi’s passion for creating compelling art brought her to the Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) School of the Arts, where she is working on her B.F.A. in communication arts, focusing on illustration and visual development. Seulgi's previous experiences include serving as the designer and social media manager for her cultural sorority and creating illustrations for the VCU paper, as well as taking commissions for a wide variety of work. Appreciating all forms of art and design, Seulgi takes pride in providing quality work with versatility, and she is excited to delve into providing awareness about socially just housing policy through graphic design and communications with the NLIHC. When she is not painting or scribbling away on a tablet, you can probably find her lounging on warm sand at a beach, enjoying a packed lunch. Please join us in welcoming Seulgi to the NLIHC team!
