HUD released FY20 Income Limits on April 1. The income limits determine eligibility for assisted housing programs including public housing, Section 8 project-based rental assistance, Housing Choice Vouchers, and other special needs housing programs. HUD develops income limits from median family income estimates for metropolitan areas, parts of some metropolitan areas, and each non-metropolitan county. HUD provides a query tool for users to easily obtain the income limits for their area. HUD’s Income Limits are available at: https://bit.ly/3c2AqUw
